That song that sometimes says exactly what you feel? I have been feeling better and better, even still. Angel and I have been talking more normal, which has been amazing. Even this week, when she is crazy busy and we aren’t talking alot, it is still more normal. She is going out of her way to text and chat.
Outside of Angel, I feel better too. Even with my knee killing me the last few days. Which sucks, because I am three weeks out of surgery and I am supposed to be getting more strength and less pain. But even with that, I am feeling better. Just more, me.
Last night I was listening to music, and this song came on. It just said everything I feel for Angel. We always discussed the scars we had, I always told her she was “home”. I watched her sleep so many times when we were together. I didn’t feel sad, I miss her, but I feel happy. Happy that she gave me all of those things, and no matter where we end up, I am thankful for her. Thankful for us.
